These Terms govern your use of SignatureFlow (the "Service"), operated by Alfa Tech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SignatureFlow lets you upload documents, place signature fields, and send them to others for electronic signature. Completed documents include an audit trail (IP address, browser, timestamps) intended to support their legal validity under the U.S. ESIGN Act, UETA, and eIDAS.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and confirm your email address before sending documents for signature.
You may not use the Service to send documents that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to send. You may not use the Service to impersonate someone else or to send unsolicited bulk documents (spam) to people who haven't agreed to receive them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Some features require purchasing envelopes (a per-document sending credit) or a paid plan. Prices are shown at checkout. Purchased envelopes don't expire. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and send. We store them to operate the Service (generating the signed PDF, the audit trail, and letting you and your recipients access them) and don't sell or share them with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignatureFlow and Alfa Tech are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
